Coke ovens are mainly used to make coke, and its by-product is coke oven gas. Coke is mainly used to make iron; coke oven gas is the fuel. The pulverized coal is loaded into the coke oven, and under the premise of lack of oxygen and high temperature, coke and gas are produced. A very important process in the equipment of coke ovens is to bake the coke ovens, so that they can gradually heat up from normal temperature to the working temperature. The temperature of each point is monitored to prevent the temperature of a certain point from being too high. A 65-hole coke oven has more than 400 temperature monitoring points. The system requires that only the temperature data be collected, recorded and analyzed, and the upper-level secret seeks redundancy. Such functional requirements make YONGS industrial control products a classic application field. The entire system uses two Advantech industrial computers with mutual redundancy as the upper monitor, and YONGS Adam module ADAM-5000/485 plus ADAM-5018 for data collection. Use Kingview for monitoring, data recording, report printing, real-time trends, historical trends and subsequent data analysis.
1. System request:
1. More than 400 points are collected, all of which use K-type thermocouples;
2. Timely performance of each point on the host computer, and alarm reminders when the temperature exceeds the limit;
3. Manage the heating process of the fire channel according to the pre-set heating curve monitoring system;
4. Manufacture and manage fire passages, straight fire passages, grate bricks, regenerator real-time data reports and historical data reports;
Two-system management plan:
1. Hardware field: YONGS industrial computer IPC-610H. The product is suitable for insidious situations in the industrial scene, and can continue to operate for a long time.
2, control system: WindowsXP.
3. Communication webpage: RS485. The transmission partition is 500 meters, the baud rate is 9600, and there is no judgment.
4. The upper monitoring software: Kingview. With dual-machine hot backup redundancy function, with temperature control curve, it can do statistical analysis and calculation of various reports, can produce and print real-time data reports on time, and can print historical data reports for each time segment of the entire work cycle, and for each temperature Point can do timely alarm.
5. Data collection controller: YONGS Adam module ADAM-5000/485. Four slots, up to 28 temperature points, can be connected to RS485, up to 256, and the long-distance transmission is 1200 meters. 18 sets are used in the field reality.
6. Data collection module: YONGS Adam module ADAM-5018. Type K thermocouple with linearization penalty and cold junction compensation.
