Le processus de conception d'une interface homme-écran tactile peut être divisé en plusieurs étapes :

      1) Create the external model design of the system function. The model mainly considers the data structure, overall structure and process description of the software. The human-computer interface design is generally only an accessory, and only the user's situation (including age, gender, psychological situation, Only with an understanding of cultural level, personality, ethnic background, etc., can we design an effective human-machine interface; design a user model based on the end user's hypothesis of the future system (system hypothesis), and finally make it match the system image obtained after the system is implemented (The external characteristics of the system) are consistent, the user can be satisfied with the system and can use it effectively; when establishing the user model, the information given by the system hypothesis must be fully considered, and the system image must accurately reflect the grammatical and semantic information of the system. In short, only by understanding the user and understanding the task can a good man-machine interface be designed.

  2) Determine the tasks that humans and computers should perform separately in order to complete this system function. There are two ways of task analysis: one is to start from the actual situation, through the analysis of the original manual or semi-manual application system, and map it to a group of similar tasks performed on the human-machine interface; the other One is to derive a set of user tasks that are coordinated with the user model and system hypothesis by studying the requirements and specifications of the system. Techniques such as gradual refinement and object-oriented analysis are also suitable for task analysis. Gradually refinement technology can continuously divide tasks into sub-tasks until the requirements of each task are very clear, and object-oriented analysis technology can identify all objective objects related to the application and actions associated with the objects.

  3) Consider the typical problems in the design of man-machine interface. When designing any human-machine interface, generally four aspects must be considered: system response time, user assistance mechanism, error and warning information, and command mode. Excessive system response time is the most complained problem among users in interactive systems. In addition to the absolute length of response time, users are also very concerned about the difference in response time of different commands. If the disparity is too large, users will find it difficult to accept; the user-seeking mechanism should be Adopt an integrated system to avoid the user having to browse a large amount of irrelevant information when asking for help from a superimposed system; error and warning information must be described in terms that the user understands and have accurate meanings. At the same time, some suggestions on error recovery should be provided as much as possible. When the error message is displayed, if supplemented by auditory (ringing) and visual (special color) stimuli, the effect will be better; the command mode is best to coexist with menu and keyboard commands for users to choose.
