The packaging industry is a rapidly developing industry in the world in recent years. In 2005, the output of my country's packaging machinery has reached 670,000 units (sets), and will increase to 930,000 units (sets) by 2010. Packaging machinery manufacturers generally use PLC control, but with the improvement of equipment automation, there are more and more control devices, and the number of various sensing components, detection components, control components, and executive components is very large. A tablet is a better choice. Through the control of motion cards, stepper/servo motors, frequency converters and other components, the industrial computer system can meet various packaging requirements such as different formula ingredients, different packaging materials, and different packaging containers.

 

In the whole packaging process, the industrial computer is the core of the whole control system. It controls the operation of the whole machine and enables the machine to run at high speed, accurately and stably. The multi-axis motion control card is a high-performance, low-cost stepper/servo motor motion control card based on PC bus. It can complete digital input, digital output, pulse input, pulse output, Pulse counting and other tasks. Continuous high-frequency pulse trains can be issued, the speed of the motor can be controlled by changing the frequency of the pulses, and the position of the motor can be controlled by changing the number of pulses sent. Pulse counting can be used for encoder position feedback to provide accurate machine position and correct errors caused by friction or vibration during transmission. Under the powerful computer control system, the packaging machine can accurately handle different packaging instructions, and in terms of production speed, mechanical performance, noise pollution and other indicators, it is unmatched by previous mechanical machines.
