The role of the LCD screen:
1. After DVI to VGA (D-sub) transfer! The digital signal is naturally attenuated! If you are a friend who pursues high-definition digital video, it is generally not recommended that you use a switch to use it! In fact, only the signals output by the DVI and HDMI interfaces are digital video in the true sense! Any signal that has been switched cannot be regarded as a true digital output signal.

2, of course there is a data cable on DVI! The price varies according to the workmanship and materials, and the interface specifications are different, and the top and bottom are uneven! The price of a general gold-plated DVI-D interface data cable is around 200.00! The general product price is more common between 50.00-80.00.
3. Even DVI data cables and interface specifications are different! The DVI interface we are talking about now is an interface standard introduced by the Digital Display Working Group (DDWG) in 1999. It is an abbreviation for Digital Visual Interface, and its shape is a 24-pin connector. It is specially designed for digital display devices such as LCD monitors. DVI interface has many specifications, divided into DVI-A, DVI-D and DVI-I. DVI-A is actually the VGA interface standard, just change the soup without changing the medicine.
Therefore, an LCD with a DVI interface is not necessarily a true digital LCD; DVI-D realizes true digital signal transmission. DVI-I takes the above two interfaces. When DVI-I is connected to a VGA device, it functions as DVI-A; when DVI-I is connected to a DVI-D device, it functions as DVI-D. In order to be compatible with traditional analog display devices, most graphics cards now use a DVI-I interface with 24 digital signal pins and 5 analog signal pins.
