The maintenance methods of the LED display are divided into front maintenance and rear maintenance. As the name implies, the front maintenance is to carry out maintenance and repair from the front of the box, and the rear maintenance is to carry out maintenance and repair from the back of the box.

Front maintenance: The LED module is fixed on the box by magnetic components. When it is about to be disassembled, use a suction cup tool to suck up the LED module to remove the LED module. The advantage of front maintenance is that the LED display box can be made thinner and lighter, and the disassembly of the LED module is more convenient and efficient.

Post-maintenance: The LED module is fixed on the box by magnetic components or screws. When the installation space of the LED display is large, the post-maintenance method is also more efficient.

Generally speaking, indoor small-pitch displays, such as conference displays, security monitoring displays, and control and command center displays, are pre-maintained. It is characterized by interior design, wall-mounted installation, space-saving, thin and beautiful.

For thinner and lighter LED display cabinets and higher cabinet maintenance efficiency, front-maintenance methods can also be used for displays installed outdoors. For example, the LED smart light pole screen, the front maintenance design eliminates the tedious screw disassembly, and the LED module can be removed directly by using the suction cup tool.
